Welcome to Elevate Imaging. This store (elevateimagingcartridges.ca) is operated by Novalinx Distribution Inc. ("Novalinx," "we," "us," or "our"), an authorized Canadian reseller of Elevate Imaging toner, with its registered office at 555 rue Chabanel Ouest, Suite 1541, Montréal, QC H2N 2J2, Canada. By accessing or purchasing from this store, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Products and pricing

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). We sell aftermarket toner cartridges built to OEM-grade quality standards. "Endorsed by Lexmark" is a manufacturing-quality endorsement and does not require you to own a Lexmark printer. We work to keep product information, pricing, and availability accurate, but errors may occur; we may correct them and cancel any order affected by an error.

2. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order, or limit quantities, at our discretion, and will notify you if we can't fulfill an order.

3. Shipping

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, including Canada-only delivery and flat-rate CAD shipping.

4. Returns and warranty

Returns are governed by our Refund & Return Policy. Products are covered by our Limited Lifetime Defect-Free Warranty, including printer-damage protection, as described on our site.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this store for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt unauthorized access to our systems.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this store — text, graphics, logos, and the Elevate Imaging name and marks — is the property of its respective owners and may not be used without permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Novalinx Distribution Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this store or the products purchased. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product. Nothing here limits the warranties or remedies guaranteed to you under Canadian or Québec law.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute is subject to the courts of Québec.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page is the current one; continued use of the store means you accept any changes.
