Will compatible toner void my printer's warranty?

Printer manufacturers set their own warranty terms and they vary by brand, so it is worth checking yours. What we can tell you is what we cover. Every Elevate Imaging cartridge carries a Limited Lifetime Warranty, and if an authorized service technician documents one of our cartridges as the sole cause of damage to a printer it was designed for, we cover the repair, replacement or reimbursement. Claims are handled here by our Canadian team, not passed to a third-party seller.

What if a cartridge ever damages my printer?

You're covered. If an authorized technician documents an Elevate Imaging cartridge as the sole cause of damage to a printer it was built for, Elevate Imaging repairs, replaces, or reimburses, and you file the claim directly through us.

Do I need a Lexmark printer to use these?

No. "Endorsed by Lexmark" is a manufacturing-quality endorsement of the cartridge line, not a compatibility requirement. Our cartridges are built for HP, Brother, Canon, and Samsung printers - check the model on each product page.

What does the warranty cover?

A Limited Lifetime Warranty: every Elevate Imaging cartridge is guaranteed defect-free in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the cartridge, with a free replacement if a problem ever develops. Remanufactured cartridges are fully covered; only refilled cartridges, or ones emptied through normal use, are excluded.

How does the quality compare to OEM toner?

Our cartridges are made by Static Control, four decades of experience and a defect rate under 1%, and independently tested to ISO page yield (ISO 19752/19798). OEM-grade reliability, without OEM pricing.

How fast is shipping, and are there extra fees?
