Will compatible toner void my printer's warranty?

No. Under Canadian consumer-protection law, a manufacturer can't void your printer's warranty just because you used a compatible cartridge — the same way a non-OEM oil filter can't void a car warranty. Your printer stays protected.

What if a cartridge ever damages my printer?

You're covered. If an authorized technician documents an Elevate Imaging cartridge as the sole cause of damage to a printer it was built for, Static Control repairs, replaces, or reimburses — and you file the claim directly through us.

Do I need a Lexmark printer to use these?

No. "Endorsed by Lexmark" is a manufacturing-quality endorsement of the cartridge line, not a compatibility requirement. Our cartridges are built for HP, Brother, Canon, and Samsung printers — check the model on each product page.

What does the warranty cover?

A Limited Lifetime Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, plus a 3-year defect guarantee from the date of manufacture. Remanufactured cartridges are fully covered — only empty or user-refilled cartridges are excluded.

How does the quality compare to OEM toner?
