Refund policy

Buy with confidence. Every Elevate Imaging cartridge is backed by our Limited Lifetime Defect-Free Warranty, and unopened products can be returned within 30 days.

30-day returns (unopened)

If you change your mind, you may return any unopened cartridge in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. The item must be unused and in resaleable condition.

  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
  • The original $10 shipping charge is non-refundable on change-of-mind returns.

Opened cartridges

Because toner is a consumable, opened cartridges cannot be returned for a change of mind. If an opened cartridge is defective, you're covered — see Warranty below.

Items returned used or damaged

Cartridges returned opened, used, damaged, or missing their original packaging are not in resaleable condition. In those cases we may apply a restocking fee of up to 50%, or decline the return.

Defective or incorrect items

If your cartridge is defective, or we shipped the wrong item, we'll make it right at no cost to you — including return shipping. Defects are handled under our Limited Lifetime Defect-Free Warranty: defect-free in materials and workmanship for the life of the cartridge, plus a 3-year defect guarantee from the date of manufacture, and printer-damage protection. Professionally remanufactured cartridges are fully covered; only empty or user-refilled cartridges are excluded.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, less any applicable restocking fee and the non-refundable shipping charge, within 5–10 business days of us receiving your return.

These terms are in addition to — and do not limit — the warranties and remedies you're entitled to under applicable Canadian and Québec consumer protection law.
